Twinspirations (my shop) Celebrates it's First Anniversary with a GIVEAWAY...

For those of you who care, and those of you on Facebook.  Twinspirations (my little shop) is having a Happy First Anniversary...yeah that's right as of Thursday (the 17th) Twinspirations has been up and rolling for 1 year...giveaway!  Check it out!  All you have to do is be a fan and comment on the picture that rather conveniently says, "Twinspirations First Anniversary Giveaway" on it.  And feel free to share with your friends.  If you've never seen my stuff, click the box on the right side of my page and it should take you to my shop so you can see what I do for fun in my spare (ha!) time. :)

I am happy to say, Twinspirations had a good first year...not crazy or anything, but good. 

Just some of the things I am thankful for blessed by in the last year
-75 sales in the shop alone (this includes a huge-or order which only counted as one order though it was LOTS of shirts and does not include family, friends and others that placed orders outside the shop...with those I was well over 100 orders)
-My first HUGE-O order.  Such a challenge, 24 onesies!  I LOVED the challenge and really was able to test my limits creatively, time management wise and my overall limites (ie how many shirts can I REALLY sew in a day while chasing 2 2.5 year olds around and be a good mom and not go insane...the answer is 4)
-Stretching, I never really considered myself a small business owner of ANY kind, but apparently in some form I am...I really thought this might sink...or take awhile to get running...but it's plugging away and consistent...and I LOVE it.
-My outlet, SO nice to have a creative outlet, something I can do for a little money that is fun and is loved by others...somehow while raising kids is rewarding, this is a different kind of rewarding.

With all that said...Twinspirations is planning on being around for another year. :)  It has it's own bank account and has it's OWN money in it, which is phenonmenal to me (even if it's a small amount of money).  I am thankful the Lord has seemingly blessed this endeavor and am looking forward to what 2011 brings.  So please, feel free to help me celebrate and pop on facebook, enter the giveaway! :)  It's the least I can do for a great year and all the wonderful people I have met in 2010!
