This photo shows all the siding we had to remove and the layer of wooden siding under that we had to remove to gain access to the floor joists and studs to connect the addition to the house and be able to build the roof. This was yesterday's project.
This photo shows our 1.75 walls that are built. The one on the furthest right was built yesterday, the other was today...I know it doesn't look like much but it took quite awhile plus a trip to Home Depot to make sure we knew what we were doing for windows in order to frame those out...all in all, takes awhile. The next section will be tricky as there is going to be some "architectural" aspects to it...but it's a small section to it won't be too bad. We spent the remainder of the evening trying desperately to tarp our walls so that if it rains they don't get drenched and warp horribly...quite fun. Always an adventure at the Badeers.
