Home sweet home...

Well it's official.  We're all back in our own little house.  Though the house isn't so little anymore...what with the addition and all...but it's still little in respects to the portion we can currently reside in.  Due to ongoing construction work and debris we are residing only in the upstairs portion of our 2 story home.  We have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom up there, which frankly is larger than our first apartment was.  The girls occupy 2 of the 3 bedrooms...1 to sleep in and 1 set up as their toy room.  Babygates are a LOVELY invention and help keep explorers away from things like the stairs.  We moved back Monday evening, which went a lot smoother than expected.  There was little to no screaming on the girls' part that evening at bed time, which is wonderful and thus far napping and whatnot has been a breeze during the day.  I didn't even have to set up the pack and play in their room to transition like I thought I would have to...they went straight back to their crib and are doing great.

In other news, my camera is dying.  Currently it likes to tell me that pictures I have taken on it are in an unknown format and apparently magically my flash is no longer working...which for a camera that HATES low light situations as it is...is a VERY tricky proposition to get ANY good pictures.  So...I guess this is the point where I start lobbying for my new ideal camera...right?  Pipe dream I am sure, but...who knows...maybe I can be super pursuasive...hasn't worked up to this point...but...up to this point I had a working camera too.
