Cheesecake...

About the time we decided to have kids, and I became a stay at home mommy, I have toyed with some form of home business.  I've gone through MANY ideas...from wedding planning/coordination to photography...Wedding coordination was a little more involved than I can afford to get at this point and I would still LOVE to do some photography on the side, but do not feel like I am at the point where I can confidently charge for it.

The one thing that has come back into my mind SEVERAL times is cheesecakes.  I know that sounds silly...but I LOVE cheesecake, not just eating it, cause man I love that too...but making it.  I have a tradition that every year I bake a cheesecake for Armen's mom for her birthday...and in doing so I have tried MANY different kinds...it was tradition to try a new cheesecake every year.  So, here I am again...toying with the idea...I know I am probably not at a place where I could just jump in and go for it....from the respect I want a little more practice before I would do so.  Ideally some day I would like to have a website for orders and would like to figure out a way to be able to ship anywhere needed...So, I am throwing this out there...1-if you have any brilliant ideas how to start a simple home based business like this, I would love to hear thoughts and 2-if you want/need a cheesecake and would be willing to let me practice for you...I could do it reasonably (I would probably ask for help with the cost of basic supplies)...I have a WIDE variety of what I can do, and am always willing to try something new. 

Also, opinions...honest opinions...if this seems stupid or too big of an undertaking for someone like me...tell me what I am not seeing/thinking of at this point.
